Ask a question

  •  Guest – “Where do I need to go to get a train to Hammersmith tube station”
  • Admin – “It would be best if you walked to wood lane station instead (5-10 minute walk) and then got the Hammersmith and city line (or the Circle line) straight to Hammersmith. It's only a few stops away. Otherwise you'd have to go on a very roundabout route on the tube, because the Central line from white city doesn't connect with those lines”
  •  Guest – “We will be travelling from white city with a guide dog. Stairs re fine but he can't do escalators. Can you confirm platform access by stairs or lift”
  • Admin – “You'll have to go down a flight of 22 steps. There are no escalators or lifts. That's just white city, though. You'll have to tell us where you're going so we can check the other end.”
