  •  Guest – “Thank you admin for your latest reply. In addition to stairs, I am also interested to ask about ticket gates and tube journey. Is it ok and is it possible to travel with my 30kg trolley bag(28" size) through gates and in tube.”
  • Admin – “If you can't get it through the single width gates just have a look down the line and you'll find a double-width gate -- they always have some of those (you might have to show your ticket to a member of staff instead of touching it on a reader). You can get a bus through those ones. The train should be fine, as long as you can get it up and down the escalators and stairs (there won't be a lift)”
  •  Guest – “Hi, I plan to travel with a dog from Paddington to Liverpool St station on 16th December to catch the dutch flyer, will this be easy with the dog? Thanks, niki”
  • Admin – “You have to carry the dog on the escalator (you do actually have to carry him -- that is the rule) so if he's too big to carry then you won't be able to do it. But apart from that it should be fine -- dogs are allowed on the tube as long as they are confident you have control of them”
  •  Guest – “Hi I am a disabled passenger I use a wheeled walker. I have to travel from bath to chelmsford on bank holiday weekend, which means arriving at London Paddington & then I have to get to Liverpool Street. Which means using the underground is there a lift at each ends???”
  • Admin – “Unfortunately not, No. You'll have an escalator at Liverpool Street, and a flight of 28 stairs at Paddington. There's no way to avoid the stairs at Paddington”
