What a let down. The band were very good but it was more like an evening with Michael Ball. He sung, sorry warbled through some of Sinatra's songs and frankly (no pun), ruined them.
He was joined by two other singers who were far better but somehow just lost Sinatra's magic.
There was an appearance of a 22 year-old who had his debut on stage and sang like Sinatra and really put some proper effort in to his performance rather than the self-congratulating persona of Mr Ball. he wasn't obviously approved of by the other three because they didn't have him on stage to thank the audience at the end of the nights performance.
The four young lads from "Jack Pack" sung My Way presumably because none of the others were confident enough to sing one of Sinatra's best tracks.
All in all a missed opportunity and would rather have stuck Songs for Swinging Lovers on the turntable and saved myself £250.
