The Museum of London will be putting on a walk through the streets of Roman Londinium, pointing out all of the visible archaeology and the location of unseen buildings that lie beneath our feet.

The tour will start at the Museum of London and end at Leadenhall Market and span 400 years of Roman history from Emperor Claudius's invasion to the city's abandonment in the 5th century.

You'll learn where the forum and basilica were once situated, where the remains of London's amphitheatre still lie (underneath the Guildhall Art Gallery), and some of the most impressive pieces of original Roman wall.
