The Hampton Court Palace Festival has another fantastic line-up, set against the backdrop of the Tudor Base Court.

It's been fifty years since Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Michael first set out as the Jackson 5, providing a launch pad for Michael Jackson’s incredible career.

Those were the days of huge hits like I Want You Back, ABC and I'll Be There. In 1976 they swapped Jermaine for brother Randy and became The Jacksons, eventually re-uniting for one of the highest-grossing concert series ever staged in America.

If you arrive early then you'll be able to enjoy some pre-show food in the East Front Gardens (from 5.30 PM). They'll be plenty of street food stalls and open-air bars around the waterside gazebos. You can even buy yourself a Fortnum & Mason picnic hamper filled with seasonal ingredients from Fortnum's famous Food Halls.
