If you're a fan of Ant Middleton's Channel 4 survival shows then you'll love his Mind Over Muscle tour at the London Palladium.

Ant's career began in the Special Forces where he achieved the 'Holy Trinity' of P Company, Commando Course and Special Forces Selection. His survival and endurance skills led to him appearing on SAS: Who Dares Wins, and last year his first book hit No.1 on the Sunday Times Best-Seller List: First Man In: Leading From The Front.

During this talk he's promising to bring the elements to the audience through lighting and sounds, taking them on a motivational journey of self-help and self-discovery, and revealing the mental strength required to complete his recent Everest challenge.
