Middlesex will be taking on the Essex Eagles in a T20 Vitality Blast game at Lord's.

Twenty20 (T20) cricket is the fast-paced version of cricket that you can watch in a single evening.

Each team only gets one innings, but it's only twenty overs long -- so the two teams just blast away and don't worry so much if everybody gets out. The idea is just to blast as many fours and sixes as possible, and rack up as many runs as you can.

So it's cricket without the boring bits!
