Lot's of people would be embarrassed about liking model railways, but not me. I've even got a choo-choo train bedspread and a pair of Thomas the Tank Engine pyjamas -- but please don't tell anyone that I said that for chrissakes because I'll never live it down.

If you're like me then get yourself down to the Ally Pally for the London Festival of Railway Modelling -- London's leading railway modelling event suitable for modelling enthusiasts of all ages.

The show will include over forty working layouts and over 100 exhibitors, selling everything from paint to trains and railway tracks. The show will also bring together a selection of clubs, associations, societies and enthusiasts who will be on hand to offer advice, tips and demonstrations aimed at improving your modelling skills.

Craig’s review of the cable car I don't like heights. My problem with heights is this: they are always too high. Before you try and ride the cable car take a walk along the river and stare up at it for a second. You get quite a nice view of industrial London by The O2. You can see the factories and cranes… continued
Craig’s review of London Aquarium I had a fish tank once, a tropical fish tank filled with electric-looking stripes of light and a Siamese Fighting Fish, but they only lasted for a few years and then it all ended in tears (terrible sobbing scenes). It was all red eyes and goodbyes as I buried them in the dus… continued
Craig’s review of Science Museum If you are anything like me, then you will love learning about industrial-sized pistons and pipes and steam traction engines dating from the years 1715 to 1904. So when you walk into the Science Museum it will be like walking into heaven. The first hall is like a big factor… continued
Craig’s review of London Zoo If you want to do London Zoo properly then you'll be walking around for 4-5 hours so you need to take it slow, because it's a proper zoo: there are no rides, no rollercoasters, no dolphins doing tricks with the kids. You just stand in front of the cages trying to find the an… continued
