This event has already passed

Rob Newman first shot to fame as part of The Mary Whitehouse Experience in the early 1990s, and then went on to perform with comedy partner David Baddiel. Over the past few years he's made a return to comedy with his own solo shows.

Based on his hit BBC Radio 4 series, Total Eclipse Of Descartes, this show will be a whirlwind tour of 3,000 years of philosophy from Pythagoras to driverless cars, via levitating monks, Pavlov's dogs, Jean-Paul Satre's mum and Morrissey.

In a world gone bonkers, can philosophy help?
