If you're a fan of Dirty Dancing then you'll recognise parts of the plot of this... it tells the story of an arrogant young ballroom champion called Scott Hastings who dares to dance his own steps. This quickly lands him in trouble and he ends up dancing with a left-footed beginner called Fran, but together they decide to defy tradition and try and win the National Championship with moves that aren't "strictly ballroom".

The soundtrack features over 30 eclectic tracks including Time After Time, Let's Dance, I'm So Excited, I Wanna Dance With Somebody, Mambo No.5, Sugar Sugar, It's The End Of The World As We Know It and Love is in the Air.

The Sun★★★★★ – "Strictly Brilliant! A joyous, heart-melting blast" The Independent – "Totally glorious"
