Wildly regarded as the world's greatest living explorer, Sir Ranulph Fiennes has spent his entire life in pursuit of extreme adventures, risking his life in some of the most ambitious expeditions ever undertaken.
Pushing his endurance levels to the very limit, he become the first man to reach both Poles, the first man to cross both the Antarctic and Arctic ocean, and the first man to circumnavigate the world along its polar axis.
In this talk Sir Ranulph will be talking openly about his life, from his early years right up to the present day. There will be light-hearted moment, like his childhood and school misdemeanours, and some strikingly poignant ones too. He'll be talking about his army life, his early expeditions, right up to his current goal: the Global Reach Challenge.
