Watching a West End show is #15 in our London Bucket List

Director: Phelim McDermott; Written by: Charles Dickens, Patrick Barlow; Cast: (the cast may change on different dates) Jim Broadbent

As the bitter old miser Ebenezer Scrooge sits in his stone cold room he is visited by the ghost of his old business partner, Jacob Marley... and so begins Dicken's classic tale of greed, grief and the redemptive power of Christmas.

The London Musical Theatre Orchestra's concert production of A Christmas Carol has become something of a Christmas tradition. It originally ran for ten years at New York's Madison Square Garden, and now London is getting the full Broadway treatment.
