Craig’ London blog> Craig’s Sir John Soane’s Museum review  I’ve written a review and posted some photos on my blog

Drawn from Life is an exhibition of twelve sculptures by British artist Marc Quinn. This will be the first time that this body of work has been exhibited anywhere in the world.

Quinn has long been an admirer of the Sir John Soane's Museum and, just like Soane, surrounds himself with objects, ephemera, artworks and antiquities.

The sculptures have all been created from casts of Quinn his dancer muse, Jenny Bastet. Sometimes their interlinked arms appear to be fighting, holding or supporting one other – or even all at once – exploring Quinn's fascination with the ambiguity of human emotion.
