Slaves Of Solitude

Director: Jonathan Kent; Written by: Nicholas Wright, Patrick Hamilton

It's the height of World War II, and Miss Roach is forced to flee London for the Rosamund Tea Rooms boarding house.

From the safety of this grey and lonely new home, she now has to share her daily life with the unbearable Mr Thwaites.

But things start to look distinctly brighter when a handsome American Lieutenant arrives... until, that is, a friend moves into the room next-door.
