Graduate

Seeing as it's summer, and it's hopefully going to be hot, how about giving the stuffy cinemas in Leicester Square a miss this week and watching a movie outdoors instead? The Luna Cinema will be showing four big blockbusters at the Open Air Theatre in Regent's Park.

Tonight's movie will be The Graduate (15, 105mins). That's the one where Dustin Hoffman gets seduced by Mrs Robinson and ends up falling for her daughter. It's complicated. It gets messy. And to make it even worse he has to spend the entire movie listening to Simon and Garfunkel songs.

Note: The Regent's Park Open Air Theatre is a little bit different to other theatres, because the seating area and stage are completely uncovered -- hence its name. Premium tickets come with a complimentary drink at the bar and a decent seating position. Bear in mind that screenings usually go ahead in bad weather -- so be prepared for a bit of drizzle and cold.
