Ben Gernon will be conducting the BBC Symphony Orchestra at Barbican Hall, with soprano Anna Stephany.

They will be performing works by Tchaikovsky, Britten, Winter and Alasdair Nicolson.

As well as working closely with the BBC, the BBC Symphony Orchestra plays regular concerts at the Barbican and is the principal orchestra of world-famous Proms Concerts, giving around a dozen performances each year, including the prestigious First and Last Nights.
