Grammy Award nominee and Mercury Prize winner James Blake is hitting the road to support his new album, Assume Form.

The last few years has seen Blake work with everyone from Beyonce to Bon Iver, and the album features some unexpected collaborators like Andre 3000, Travis Scott, Metro Boomin and Moses Sumney.

The songs on the new album are some of his most direct and eclectic to date, and follow a period of personal evolution for James, who has spoken candidly about his mental health and finding peace.
