Lot's of people would be embarrassed about liking model railways, but not me. I've even got a choo-choo train bedspread and a pair of Thomas the Tank Engine pyjamas -- but please don't tell anyone that I said that for chrissakes, because I'll never live it down.

If you are like me, then get yourself down to the Ally Pally for the London Festival of Railway Modelling -- London's leading railway modelling event suitable for modellers of all ages and experience.

The show will include over forty working layouts and exhibitors, selling everything from paint to trains and railway tracks. The show will also bring together a selection of clubs, associations, societies and enthusiasts who will be on hand to offer advice, tips and demonstrations aimed at improving your modelling skills.
