Vladimir Ashkenazy will be conducting the London Chamber Orchestra at Cadogan Hall, with violinist Pekka Kuusisto.

They will be performing a selection of classical works by Elgar and Sibelius.

Vladimir Ashkenazy is a Russian conductor and pianist, known chiefly for his performances of Romantic and Russian composers. He has held the role of principal conductor at both the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Czech Philharmonic, and now works mainly with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
