Vladimir Jurowski will be conducting the London Philharmonic Orchestra and pianist Jan Lisiecki at the Royal Festival Hall.

They will be performing a selection of classical works by Mikhail Ivanovich Glinka, Fryderyk Chopin and Sergey Rachmaninov.

Glinka -- Valse-fantasie in B minor
Chopin -- Piano Concerto No.1
Rachmaninov -- Symphony No.1

Russian conductor Vladimir Jurowski has held many prestigious roles, including spots with the Russian National Orchestra, Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, and the Glyndebourne Festival Opera. The last few years have seen him work closely with the London Philharmonic.

The London Philharmonic Orchestra was founded by Sir Thomas Beecham, and has been based at London’s Royal Festival Hall ever since its opening in 1951. It is also the resident symphony orchestra of the Glyndebourne Festival Opera.
