Osmo Vanska will be conducting cellist Raphael Wallfisch and the London Philharmonic Orchestra at the Royal Festival Hall.

They will be performing a selection of classical works by Jean Sibelius and Edward Elgar.

The London Philharmonic Orchestra was founded by Sir Thomas Beecham, and has been based at London’s Royal Festival Hall ever since its opening in 1951. It is also the resident symphony orchestra of the Glyndebourne Festival Opera.
