One of the world's best-loved violinists, Anne-Sophie Mutter, will be performing an evening of Mozart, Respighi and Saint-Saens at Barbican Hall, alongside the pianist Lambert Orkis.

German violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter is one of the world’s most celebrated classical artists. A musical prodigy at the age of 13, she made her first recording with the great Herbert von Karajan and the Berlin Philharmonic two years later. She has an extensive classical repertoire, but is best known for playing works by modern composers.
