to Regent Street The big switch-on ceremony will run from 5 PM to 6.30 PM at the junction of New Burlington Street and Regent Street, with the switch-on itself happening at 5.30 PM. This year's celebrity guest stars will be Ty Burrell (the voice of Mr Peabody in "Mr. Peabody and Sherman") and film director Rob Minkoff. There will also be some live entertainment from ex-Spice Girls Melanie C and Emma Bunton, Leona Lewis, Passenger and Eliza Doolittle.

This year's decorations will boast a 60-foot tree and 15-foot topiary reindeer, with thousands of twinkling lights and huge baubles decorating the Market Building and side streets. The lights will be switched on at 6 PM, accompanied by the sounds of the London Gospel Choir.
