Les Contes d’Hoffmann (The Tales of Hoffmann)

to Royal Opera House The Royal Opera House will be putting on a production of Offenbach's operatic swansong "The Tales of Hoffmann".

Mahwish Chishty: Spy drones and Pakistani folk art7 NovemberMahwish Chishty’s exhibition of art at the Imperial War Museum combines Pakistani folk art with unmanned spy drones.

A Pacifist’s Guide to the War on Cancer7 November“A Pacifist’s Guide to the War on Cancer” is a musical look at living with cancer — complete with shiny costumes and songs!

You Say You Want a Revolution? 1966-19707 NovemberThe Victoria & Albert Museum’s new exhibition will explore the cultural and political revolutions at the tail end of the 1960s.

Fire! Fire! Great Fire of London exhibition7 NovemberThis year is the 350th anniversary of the Great Fire of London, and the Museum of London will be putting on a special exhibition.

“Amadeus” — a play about the life of young Mozart7 NovemberThe National Theatre will be putting on a production of “Amadeus”, which tells the story of the young composer Mozart.

Beyond Caravaggio — at the National Gallery7 November‘Beyond Caravaggio’ at the National Gallery will explore the impact that Caravaggio’s paintings had on later artists.

Christmas lights in Oxford Street7 NovemberThe Oxford Street switch-on ceremony is always one of the biggest, and this year they’re shutting the street to traffic.

Rodin and Dance: The Essence of Movement7 NovemberThe Courtauld Gallery’s “Rodin and Dance” exhibition will showcase some sculptures and drawings of the Cambodian dancers.

The Dresser — with Ken Stott, Reece Shearsmith7 NovemberKen Stott and Reece Shearsmith will be starring in Ronald Harwood’s greatest play — ‘The Dresser’.
