Need some inspiration for 26th August? The iconic little Mini was launched this day in 1959, and went on to become one of Britain’s best-loved cars. If you go to the Science Museum you can see some stacked up against a wall in the ‘Making the Modern World’ gallery, alongside some other famous cars like the Model T Ford.
