Events in London - Saturday 2nd November

Last chance to see – Eddie Izzard — Wunderbar

Eddie Izzard is taking a temporary break from his political career (can you imagine Eddie in No.10?) and is returning to what he does best: stand-up comedy. It's been five years since his last comedy tour made history as the most extensive comedy tour ever attempted, and now he's back with his totally surreal take on love, life, talking dogs, animal superheroe... more

Need some inspiration for 2nd November? The first issue of two newspapers came out today: ‘The Morning Post’ in 1772 and the ‘Daily Mirror’ in 1903, so why not go and have a look down Fleet Street? It has some lovely old buildings down there with Tudor fronts, and the Royal Courts of Justice, Temple Church and Temple Bar are worth a look as well.
