Of the two memorials to Princess Di in Kensington Gardens, the Princess Diana Memorial Playground is undoubtedly the best. But that isn’t saying much… when you consider what the other one is.
The playground succeeds where the fountain fails because it is associated with one of Diana’s passions – kids.
It has several large-scale attractions and a Peter Pan theme. Your kids can clamber over a pirate ship, splash in the water fountains and woo-hoo in red indian wigwams.
