Indigo at The O2
The indigO2 is a smaller entertainment venue next to the main O2, just under the roof. It has a capacity of up to 2,400 people with theatre-style seating downstairs and a huge balcony area.
- bobby – “I've been to the o2 loads of times and that is like going to a stadium, and I thought the indigo2 was just going to be a little venue but it was really good. It reminds me a little bit of a nightclub but its got a balcony and lots of good big bars. We were on the balcony sitting down and had an okay view of the stage, but it was not brilliant, and next time I think I will try standing infront of the stage because you get a better atmosphere standing there, instead of in the seats. They need to bank the seats more so little people like me dont have to peer over people's shoulders.”
- TobyL – “The o2 is great, but the indigo2 is one of the worst places I’ve seen a gig at. You think it's going to be great because it's inside the o2, and you can walk around the inside with all the bars and restaurants -- there are some great places to drink before the gig. But once you get inside it's nowhere near as good. You will be queuing all night to get a drink from the bar -it's a nightmare! Even though it's only a small place it still seems like it is packed because it is so small.”
