  • Admin – “You'll have to get a lift (or climb 19 stairs), walk about 150m, and then get another lift (or descend 32 stairs). I’m not sure how long it will take to walk in minutes -- but in total it's about 180m”
  •  Guest – “Four 70-year-olds with luggage travelling lhr to green park metro. Could you explain where the lifts are? Is this the best option to avoid multiple stairs? We plan to taxi from there to leicester square. Knees do not work like they used to! Thank you.”
  • Admin – “Heathrow airport is a huge place with five different terminals, so we can't tell where you'll be. But the lift at green park is easy. It is literally just off the platform. You turn the corner off platform 2 and there it is -- right beside you. Then you'll have quite a long walk -- about 130 metres. Then you'll have to get another lift up to the ticket hall, and the exit”
