1)  From London Bridge take the Jubilee
2)  Leave the train at Wembley Park

Journey: London Bridge → Southwark → Waterloo → Westminster → Green Park → Bond Street → Baker Street → St. Johns Wood → Swiss Cottage → Finchley Road → West Hampstead → Kilburn → Willesden Green → Dollis Hill → Neasden → Wembley Park

Return journey:  Wembley Park to London Bridge station
