We wish to travel from Pimlico Tube Station to London Liverpool Street Station to catch the Train to Harwich International(cruise terminal). How easy is it it to get to the platform at Pimlico and Liverpool Street with Two large suitcases. We are 70 Years of age
At Pimlico you will have a long escalator (or 90 stairs).
presumably you will be getting off at Victoria and changing onto the Circle line. That will involve an escalator plus one flight of 30 stairs
If you get off at Oxford Circus and change onto the Central line instead, then that will involve two flights of 20 stairs.
Getting off at Liverpool Street will involve a very short flight of ten stairs for the Circle line platform. But that is just for the main ticket hall. The other smaller ticket halls involve more stairs, but you don't need those -- just the main ticket hall.
I don't know how close you are to Victoria, but you could get the No.11 bus the whole way to Liverpool Street. Here is a map showing the location of all the bus-stops -- https://tfl.gov.uk/bus/route/11/

We are staying at Hotel Double Tree by Hilton Westminster in John Islip Street. What would be the approximate cost of an Hackney Cab.
