>Train or Cabs from Kings cross to Whitechapel road

M arriving st. Pancras station on 15/12/14 at about 1.30pm. We are a party of 5 with 4 luggages & 4 cabin size bags. What is best & most economical, take a train to whitechapel and then a cab or a cab from kings cross station. Do they have escalators at whitechapel station?

It's probably cheaper by train because you will definitely need 2 cabs. Cabs do take five people, but you won't be able to fit all your luggage In with all the people.
I can't work out out what your journey is, though. you say are arriving at St Pancras, and then you say you will take a train to Whitechapel and then a cab -- to where? If you mean Whitechapel road, then the station is right on it.
You will need to use 3 flights of stairs to get out of Whitechapel using the hammersmith and City line (one big and two small). There will be no escalators

Thank you very much especially with the 3 flights of stairs at whitechapel station. I have got some quotes for mpvs with a cab company to whitechapel road and likely to use that option.
