Well it depends where you're going. there are four different tube lines passing through it, each with their own timetable

No. Twickenham is a overground station only. You can get a train from waterloo or clapham junction

I want to go South Wimbledon from Hammersmith station by tube
How should I go ?

The quickest way involves two changes
District line to Victoria, then the Victoria line to Stockwell, then the northern line to South Wimbledon. That will take about 45 mins

is there any way i can get from hammersmith coach station down to battersea rail station, many thanks

not by train, because Battersea Park is an overground station, and Hammersmith is an underground station

You can get the 211 bus to Ebury Street, and then change to the 44 bus to Battersea Park. It will probably take about 40 minutes

Pretty sure it's been removed and replaced with self-service machines.

Theyve been removing all the ticket offices from all the underground stations.

If you need a manned ticket office then you have to go to a station that serves national rail -- somewhere like Victoria, for example.

Can you go direct from Hammersmith to Richmond?

If you get the richmond train, yes. (if you get the Ealing Broadway train then you’ll have to change at Turnham Green)
