Can you offer nicole some help with this itinerary? Why not post a reply?

No, is the short answer. But it depends on whether you are actually going inside the places, or just walking past and taking photos. We need some more information to help you out. Which ones do you want to go inside?

I would just do three, if it was me. Then you can spend a couple of hours in each place. Any less and you would have to rush around. The Tower of London could easily take up a whole half day on its own — 2 hours is the absolute minimum we would recommend.
when you factor in your lunch and the travel time between each place, three places is probably the maximum you could manage without rushing around and ruining it.
But if you've genuinely got all day (and the evening too) then maybe you could do the London eye in the evening, because that stays open late. Remember to buy your tickets beforehand though, because you can easily waste 30-60 minutes in the queue.
