It tells the tale of ex-convict Jean Valjean who befriends the kindly Bishop of Digne, but repays his kindness by stealing a pair of golden candlesticks.

PickTurner Prize 2010 — at Tate Britain

5th October 2010 – 2nd January 2011The Turner Prize is a bit like Marmite, you either take a lingering look and love it, or dismiss it as a joke. But that is part of the fun of the event. The prize is worth £40,000, with £25,000 going to the winner and £5,000 each to the shortlisted artists. The judges this year are Isabel Carlos, Andrew Nairne and Polly Staple.
