In celebration of Shrove Tuesday, the Great Spitalfields Pancake Race will kick off again outside the Old Truman Brewery with a live band and wandering clowns.
If you want to enter then come along with a team of four people, and bring your pancake, saucepan and knob of butter. The idea is to run from point to point flipping your thin meal along the way.
If you make it through the heats then you might progress all the way to the grand final, where prizes will be dished out for the best pancake runners. There will also be a few prizes for the best-dressed team, so make sure you don a silly suit.
