Tate Modern, Bankside, LondonTate Modern presents the first major UK exhibition devoted to the Dutch artist Theo Van Doesburg. Van Doesburg founded the magazine and movement De Stijl, which played a pivotal role in the international exchange of Dadaist ideas.
Van Doesburg formed relationships with the most influential artists of mid-century Modernism, and there will be over 80 different artists on display including Alexander Archipenko, Raoul Hausmann, El Lissitzky, László Moholy-Nagy, Hans Richter, Gerrit Rietveld, Sophie Taeuber and Piet Mondrian.
