François-Xavier Roth will be conducting the London Symphony Orchestra and Chorus at Barbican Hall, with soprano Camilla Tilling, mezzo-soprano Adèle Charvet, tenor Julien Behr and bass Matthew Rose.
They will be performing some classical music by Haydn, Bartok and Ligeti.

Francois-Xavier Roth was the Principal Conductor of the SWR Sinfonieorchester Baden-Baden und Freiburg, and Chief Conductor of the Cologne Opera, before winning the role of Principal Guest Conductor of the London Symphony Orchestra.
The London Symphony Orchestra (LSO) is the resident orchestra of the Barbican Centre and is the oldest of London’s symphony orchestras. It was recently rated by Gramophone as one of the top five orchestras in the world.
The London Symphony Chorus is one of the country’s leading symphony choruses with more than 150 singers. It has a close association with the LSO.
