Valery Polyansky will be conducting pianist Valentina Lisitsa and the Russian State Philharmonic at Cadogan Hall.

They will be performing some classical music by Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov.

Valery PolyanskyValery Polyansky is the Chief Conductor and founder of the State Symphony Capella of Russia. He is widely regarded as one of the leading interpreters of the works of Sergei Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky and other Russian composers.

Valentina LisitsaValentina Lisitsa is a Ukrainian pianist and internet sensation, and originally shot to fame by releasing her music on YouTube. She has since played at the Musikverein, Carnegie Hall and the Royal Albert Hall.

Russian State Philharmonic OrchestraThe Russian State Philharmonic Orchestra is one of the finest symphonic ensembles in Russia. It is led by artistic director Valery Polyansky.
