There are quite a few outdoor ice rinks in London... Somerset House, the Natural History Museum, Canary Wharf, Hampton Court... but the the one that everyone always forgets about is at Broadgate. You can find it in Exchange Square near Liverpool Street station.

It's not a bad little rink, and definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. You can also have some rink-side food and watch all the action on the ice (ie., watch everybody fall over). You can also enjoy some warm drinks and hot chocolate in case it snows.
