It's that time of year again, when "Strictly Come Dancing" waltzes off your TV screen and into the SSE Wembley Arena.

2006 series winner Kaen Hardy and Countryfile's Anita Rani will be acting as host, and Len Goodman and Craig Revel Horwood will be there to cast their eyes over the couple's routines. They will then compete for your votes via your mobile phone.

It's too early to say which contestants will turn up from this year's series, but as long as we all get to laugh at Ed Balls again then that's basically all that matters... so here's hoping, fingers-crossed!

Sparkly costumes... great choreography... incredible live music... that scary blonde Russian lady who takes it far too seriously... sounds like a great night out.
