Dig that skeleton costume out of your cupboard, grab that white sheet and throw it over your head, and get down to the Olympic Park for a Halloween Fun Run!

There are two distances to choose from: a relatively easy 2km and a downright scary 5km. Everyone who finished will get a goody bag and a medal.

Dressing up is essential, so make sure you have a scary costume to jog around in.
