Sir Simon Rattle will be conducting the London Symphony Orchestra at Barbican Hall, alongside the Guildhall School Musicians, LSO Discovery Choir and LSO Community Choir.
They will be performing some classical music by Andrew Norman and Sibelius.

Sir Simon Rattle originally rose to fame with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra before beating Daniel Barenboim to the post of Principal Conductor at the Berlin Philharmonic. He is currently Music Director of the London Symphony Orchestra.
The London Symphony Orchestra (LSO) is the resident orchestra of the Barbican Centre and is the oldest of London’s symphony orchestras. It was recently rated by Gramophone as one of the top five orchestras in the world.
