"The Travesties" is a dazzling comedy about James Joyce, Tristan Tzara and Lenin... as remembered (and misremembered!) by a minor British diplomat called Henry Carr.

It all begins when 'The Importance of Being Earnest' sets Henry's mind racing off on a train of thoughts. He knows that he was once Algernon in a production in Zurich. But who was the other one?
