If you've forgotten to buy your wife a bunch of flowers this Valentine's Day, then don't panic! Just buy two tickets to this romantic movie instead, and she will be none the wiser (hopefully). Technically it's all about infidelity, though -- but we will gloss over that.

The Royal Festival Hall will be showing David Lean's classic movie "Brief Encounter" on a big screen, accompanied by a live performance of the soundtrack.

The music will be performed by Alexandra Dariescu and the London Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Dirk Brosse.

The film will be proceeded by a performance of Sergey Rachmaninov's "Piano Concerto No.2".
