If you're a cricket fan then this will be a nice Christmas treat: an Afternoon Tea in the historic Long Room at Lord's.
You will also get to have a short tour of the Pavilion and MCC Museum. (Note: You don't get access to the ground until 30 minutes before your allocated tea time though, so it will be a very quick tour!)
The food will reflect the gentlemanly traditions of the club, with hand-baked scones and Cornish clotted cream, finger sandwiches, and plenty of fancy cakes and dainties. This special Christmas sitting will also include some seasonal tunes, mince pies and mulled wine, to add to the festive spirit.
You should be aware that a formal dress code does apply. Gentlemen are obliged to wear a jacket and tie, and jeans and trainers are definitely not allowed. (But this is Lord's, so you should have expected that!)
If you're interested in cricket then you might like to have a proper guided tour of Lord's and the MCC Museum.

Admin – “There isn’t any at Lords itself. The closest NCP car park with a disabled bay is this one (but it’s only got 1 disabled space): ncp.co.uk/find-a-car-park/car-parks/lon ... nark-road/. You could try pre-booking the space online before you go Theres some more info on the Lords website which might help you - lords.org/visiting/coming-to-lords/lord ... e/#Parking”
