Enjoy a sumptuous afternoon tea in the historic Long Room at Lord's, hung with paintings of the game's greatest players.
If you're a cricket fan then this will be a chance to have a short tour of the Pavilion and MCC Museum, and enjoy some impressive views over the outfield. (Note: You don't get access to the ground until thirty minutes before your allocated tea time though, so it is a very quick tour!)
The Afternoon Tea will reflect the gentlemanly traditions of the club, with hand-baked scones and Cornish clotted cream, finger sandwiches, and plenty of fancy cakes and dainties. A string trio will also be on hand to provide some musical atmosphere.
As you would expect for the Long Room at Lord's, it's quite posh -- and a formal dress code does apply. Gentlemen must wear a jacket and tie. Jeans and trainers are not permitted.

If you're interested in cricket then you might like to have a proper guided tour of Lord's, including the MCC Museum.
Or maybe you'd like to see a cricket game at Lord's? We also have a guide to all cricket games in London, including matches at the Oval.
