Sir Antonio Pappano will be conducting the Janine Jansen and the London Symphony Orchestra at Barbican Hall.

They will be playing a selection of classical works by Sibelius, Nielsen and Bernstein.

Performers:

Violinist Janine Jansen has performed with many of the world’s most prestigious orchestras, including the Philharmonia, Berlin Philharmonic and London Symphony Orchestra. She is reknowned for her emotional phrasings and superb technique.

London Symphony OrchestraThe London Symphony Orchestra (LSO) is the resident orchestra of the Barbican Centre and is the oldest of London’s symphony orchestras. It was recently rated by Gramophone as one of the top five orchestras in the world.
