Join conductor Edward Gardner, violinist Tasmin Little and the BBC Symphony Orchestra at Barbican Hall, as they perform a selection of classical works by Janacek, Smetana and Szymanowski, including a UK premiere by Peter Eotvos.

Szymanowski -- Violin Concerto No 2
Peter Eotvos -- The Gliding of the Eagle in the Skies (UK premiere)

As well as working closely with the BBC, the BBC Symphony Orchestra plays regular concerts at the Barbican and is the principal orchestra of world-famous Proms Concerts, giving around a dozen performances each year, including the prestigious First and Last Nights.
