John Rutter will be back to lead the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in the ever-popular "Christmas Celebration" concert at the Royal Albert Hall.

This year's event will have a magical selection of Christmas carols, choral pieces and orchestral works... and don't forget to sing-along!

John Rutter is a British conductor, composer and arranger of mainly choral pieces. He has written many religious works, including a recent piece for the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton.

The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO) was founded by Thomas Beecham in 1946. Subsequent principal conductors have included the great André Previn and Vladimir Ashkenazy.
